Definitions
"You" and "your" refer to you as an individual. "Personal information" means information about an identifiable individual, such as their name, job title, company, email address, phone number or mailing address. "Partners" means the sponsors and partner organizations that support or host our events.
What Personal Information We Collect
We collect the personal information you provide when you use this site, register for or attend an event, or contact us. This includes your name, job title, company, business email address, phone number, mailing address, dietary or accessibility requirements you choose to share, and information about your business interests and priorities.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use your personal information to:
Event Sponsors and Partners
Our events are made possible by our partners. When you register for or attend an event, your name, job title, company and business contact details are shared with the partner or partners supporting that event. Partners may contact you after the event to follow up on the discussion, share relevant insights, or explore how they may be able to support your organization. Each partner is responsible for its own use of your information and for honoring any request you make to stop receiving communications from it.
Other Disclosure of Personal Information
We may share personal information with our affiliates, who may use it in the same ways we do. If you attend one of our events, your name, title and company may be shared with fellow attendees. We also use trusted third-party service providers (for example, for registration, email and event logistics), who may only use your information to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect your vital interests, or in connection with a corporate sale, merger, reorganization or similar event.
Your Choices
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. You can also ask us not to share your details with partners for a specific event by telling us before the event.
Your Rights
If you are located in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have rights under data protection law, including the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). Residents of certain US states may have similar rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Data Integrity and Security
We keep personal information accurate and secure using measures such as firewalls, access controls and password protection, and we keep it only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorized disclosure.

We operate in the UK and the US, so your information may be transferred between and processed in both countries. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.
