Where governance stops being a policy document

Governance has moved from something written down to something enforced in the pipeline, and it has to happen without slowing the engineers who depend on it. Ninety minutes of candid peer conversation, guided by an experienced moderator under the Chatham House Rule, bringing together the leaders making those calls.

This is a working discussion between senior leaders rather than a webinar. Participants join on camera, bring a live problem from their own environment, and contribute throughout. Expect specifics: what is working, what has failed, and what people would do differently a second time.
